What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with us. If you wish to obtain a PayPal account you can do so at checkout.

How will my package be shipped?
Orders will be shipped using FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Freight.

Do you practice any GREEN methods?

Yes. One example is: We only use boxes that need another purpose. We do not purchase boxes for shipping. We use & recycle boexes we recieve as well.

How long will it take for my order to ship out?
On most orders it will usually ship within 48 hours, unless stated otherwise. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing and delivery. Some personalized items may take up to 2 weeks. If a delay occurs we will notify you via email to let you know the status of the order.

Can I get a discount on a large order?
Yes. We generally offer a 10% discount on orders of $600 or more. Please contact us for that quote.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Rhode Island or any country other than the United States you must contact us for a shipping quote. I will only ship to other countries if you get a quote first. Some of my items can not be shipped out of the country. If you have an APO address then you must contact us for shipping quote as well. Please send your complete address when you contact us for quotes.

What is your return policy?
We accept a return on damaged or defective merchandise for 15 days after the sale date. All packaging and tags must be returned along with the product. A replacement will be sent or money will be refunded when we receive the item. Returns on non-defective merchandise will be accepted for 15 days after the sale date. Non-defective returns must be in original packaging with tags attached. On personalized item if a return is necessary it must be done within 7 days after you receive the item. Please contact us if a personalized item has a problem. We do not refund any shipping and handling. You must contact us for return instructions.

Do you take special orders on nap mat covers?
Yes, If we don't offer the cover print you want just email us and we will do our best to make the one you want.
